Market Support Volunteer
Assist participants by distributing items and helping create a welcoming, organized market experience.
Responsibilities:
- Hand out available items to participants
- Guide participants on quantities and help with organization
- Ensure items are presented neatly and safely
- Assist participants with carrying items to vehicles if needed
- Check in with our staff upon arrival at the Bounty and Soul trucks
Skills / Preferences:
- Friendly and approachable
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse community
- Able to follow guidelines while staying flexible
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking throughout the shift
- Light to moderate lifting
Requirements / Notes:
- Age: 14+ with an adult, 16+ independently
- Dress: Closed-toe shoes, shirts with sleeves, appropriate shorts/jeans
- Environment: Outdoor market; comfortable working in sun, heat, cold, or light rain
- Teamwork: Be flexible; roles may shift based on need
