Bridge Crew Volunteer
At Bounty & Soul, our goal is to have every shift fully staffed and ready to go well in advance. Each week, we send out our Wednesday Root Source email briefing to give volunteers plenty of time to claim their spots. But we know that even with the best planning, life happens. The Bridge Crew is our vital safety net—the team we call upon only when last-minute gaps arise.
Responsibilities:
- Help fill unexpected openings at markets or distribution sites when last-minute needs arise
- Step in as a flexible volunteer to support smooth operations
- Serve as the “missing piece” that helps keep markets and distributions running seamlessly
- Support the team in ensuring consistent service to the community
Skills / Preferences:
- Flexible and adaptable schedule
- Comfortable stepping in on short notice
- Team-oriented and ready to help wherever needed
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and moving throughout the shift
- Light to moderate activity depending on the role covered
Requirements / Notes:
- Age: 18+
- Flexibility: Ideal for volunteers who can occasionally step in on short notice
- Commitment: No obligation to accept every request; participation is always optional

How It Works:

- Flexibility First: If you’re available, we appreciate your help. If not, there is no pressure—your support still matters
