Love Notes Volunteer
Spread joy through handmade notes for our community! Volunteers on this shift tap into their creative side by making hand-crafted cards filled with encouragement and support. These heartfelt notes are included in Market Boxes, adding a personal touch that brightens participants’ days.
Responsibilities:
- Create original, positive notes and cards for inclusion in Market Boxes
- Use available materials—crayons, colored pencils, markers, stickers, washi tape, and more—to decorate and personalize your creations
- Follow general guidelines: avoid political or religious content, but otherwise be creative and have fun
- Work in a relaxed, collaborative group environment
Skills / Preferences:
- Creative and enjoys arts and crafts
- Able to work collaboratively in a group setting
- Detail-oriented in making thoughtful, uplifting notes
Physical Requirements:
- Seated, low-physical-activity shift
- Minimal lifting or movement
Requirements / Notes:
- Age: 14+ with a parent/guardian; 16+ independently
- Dress: Comfortable clothing suitable for arts and crafts
- Volunteers are encouraged to express creativity freely; optional guidance such as inspirational quotes or connection questions may be provided
